We had an excellent experience with Mike Renovations. Our whole house renovation was completed in 6-1/2 weeks! We met with Mike Renovations based on a recommendation from our realtor. We hired Mike Renovations to “gut” the entire home . This meant new floors, new bathrooms, new bedrooms, new laundry room and new kitchen. We utilized Mike Renovations’ relationships with their local suppliers. All of the flooring, cabinets, tile for the bathrooms and stone for the kitchen island were purchased locally. Mike Renovations kept us updated each week with photos and the progress of the project.
Give this company a call if you’re doing any renovations. Great craftsmanship and great people to do business with.
We had Mike work on our accent walls and wainscoting, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. His work is absolutely beautiful and done with so much precision. He was also very respectful of our home, always cleaning up after himself, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for quality and reliability!
When I decided to take the plunge and renovate our kitchen, repaint whole house and all new flooring, I googled "kitchen remodeling" and Mike's Renovations came up. I reached out because of what I read in their bio. I completed my information and Mike called me within a couple of hours. Appt was scheduled and the process began. Mike and his team were awesome. Mike had great suggestions on everything from cabinets, painting, flooring, and building me a nice coffee/wine bar. He was always prompt in getting back to me with my questions. He continuously kept us abreast to what was going on. Even after completed, I had to call him back and he sent one of his team out right away. It all looks beautiful and we lo ve it. I would recommend this business. It is family owned and operated and they care about their service and product to have the customer satisfied.
I met Mike through an add on the internet and since I didn’t have a reference I felt like it was risky but I’ve been so happy with the outcome of the renovation. Mike and his team did a remarkable job. Everything was done on time and the workmanship was outstanding. All my text messages were returned immediately. I had to be out of town for 10 days and I was sent pictures daily to show the progress made on the renovation. Mike was very helpful with ideas on what might be a better choice than something I was thinking about. His team is fast and efficient and protects the house from any construction debris. I will call on him again for any future projects and recommend him to my friends. A nice experience which seems to be unusual in this business.
A WORD FROM OUR CLIENTS
I recently moved to the area and starting looking for a contractor to refurb my kitchen. After meeting Mike and seeing his work, I hired him to do my kitchen. I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. I have worked with many contractors over the years and this process was absolutely seamless. The team was fast, efficient, timely, tidy, and above all the communication was incredible. I was out of town for part of the renovation but Mike would send me daily updates and photos and kept me informed every step of the way. Our 22 year old kitchen is now absolutely beautiful thanks to Mike and his crew. I would highly recommend if you need any renovations!!!!
